Mr. Vivek Menon is a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of international experience in civil infrastructure planning, design and construction. Mr. Menon graduated from Texas A&M University with an MSCE and held senior executive positions at CH2M Hill and Parsons Brinckerhoff. Vivek was part of the leadership team that managed the design and construction of the USD 2.4 Billion Interstate 10 in Houston, Texas and has worked on several multi billion dollar projects.

Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is the executice chairperson at Biocon and a social entrepreneur who was intimately involved with the Bangalore City Connect Foundation. She, along with Vivek Menon and the Jana Urban Space foundation headed by Swati Ramanathan, spearheaded the TenderSURE initiative, that has today transformed the urban landscape of Bangalore with 50 urban streets redesigned and built to international standards. Kiran continues to support several governmental initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of Bangaloreans and is a vocal proponent of good governance at the national level. Kiran was recently honored with the E&Y World Entrepreneurship of the Year 2020. Kiran has supported Vivek Menon and his initiative Tollr since its inception, due to its innovative nature and ability to solve a real world problem that could save time to commuters and save fuel thereby having a very positive impact on the environment.

Robert Brydia is an Adjunct Professor of Practice and a Program Manager and Senior Research Scientist at the Advanced Transportation Operations Program at the Texas Transportation Institute at Texas A&M University. With over 29 years of experience, Robert was closely involved with the Campus Transportation Technology Initiative of which Tollr was an integral part, and worked closely with students, faculty and the leadership at Tollr in advancing Tollr to its current avatar.

David Milner brings more than 45 years of experience in the transportation/tolling space having led the planning, design and construction on several multi billion dollar programs including the $ 2.4 Billion Katy Freeway Program. David is currently managing the $ 800 Million Ship Channel bridge for the Harris County Toll Road Authority. David has worked on programs across the United States and brings this advisory experience to Tollr.

Vijay Menon has over 25 years of professional experience spanning the Non Profit, Healthcare and Telecom verticals. Vijay is currently the Executive Director for TiE Global based in Santa Clara, California. Prior to that for 6 years Vijay ran his own consulting firm working with organizations in the telecom and healthcare verticals. From 2006 to 2010, Vijay was an entrepreneur founding MobileNXT, a first of its kind pan India chain of multi-brand/multi-format mobile retail stores Vijay’s 16 years of Employment involved running businesses as profit centers. He created and nurtured distribution channels and managed high performing sales teams in the technology and consumer space in Xerox, GE Healthcare and Motorola. Vijay has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Xavier Institute of Management, India and a Graduate degree in Commerce.
